Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the App: Me → Delete account. This permanently removes all your data. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

How do I disconnect WHOOP or Apple Health?

WHOOP: in the App under wearables, tap disconnect — syncing stops immediately. Apple Health: iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Baseline.

The AI plan doesn't fit my week

Update your training profile (Season → your profile card) — available days, gym/conditioning volume, focus — and generate again. The plan only uses days you mark available.

My fixture screenshot didn't import

Crop the screenshot to just the fixture list and try again. Clear text imports best. You can always add matches by hand.
